Chicken Quesadilla

Chicken Quesadilla a Latin delight and one of my favorite Mexican recipes, Its simple to make and very cheap it's perfect for when guests are over or when you want something quick and easy to make.
Great idea to make for your children during lunch time, Try this classic Mexican recipe with these easy to fallow instructions.


  • 3 table spoons of shredded cheese/ 5 to make it extra cheesier 
  • 1/8 cup of shredded chicken 
  • 2 10" Flower Tortillas
  • Pan cooking spry/ or any cooking spry
  • 12" tortilla pan / or 12 regular Iron Griddle
Chicken Quesadilla Directions 

First, you want to place your tortilla pan onto the stove and put the heat to be high for about five minutes, after the five minutes passed drop the heat to low the high was just to let it warm up. Next spry the cooking spry on the pan, Place your tortilla on the pan let it warm up sprinkle the cheese, and chicken after that place your second tortilla over it and after a minute flip it so that both sides get warm, and the cheese melts and its ready Chicken Quesadilla
